As a Speaker I know my WHY... my PURPOSE. I choose it every day when I get out of bed and this 10-word PURPOSE transforms my life...
There is nothing more satisfying for me than seeing people of all ages suddenly get WHY they’re doing what they are doing... and then BEING who they’ve always wanted to BE to fulfill their PURPOSE (in the Workplace, Family, Relationships, Wellbeing, Community etc). We are often so busy, so tired, so stressed as “Human Doings”, we sometimes forget how to be “Human BEINGS”.
I am now in the “QUICKENING OF MY LIFE”...so my stories and distinctions are more powerful than ever! (I simply don’t have time to muck-around in a talk!)
As a Speaker, “Living with Urgency before the Emergency” is a fundamental “Way of BEING”.
My Charity Work has embedded this as well. With 30+ years as a Volunteer in many Charities, many of the “life-changing” stories add to the “Take-Away Value” in my Talks.

MAKE A WISH AUSTRALIA - 30+ years
A National Patron and Volunteer for children with critical Illnesses, I am privileged to grant WISHES. Eg: “To Fly with a Unicorn”, “Have my own puppy”, “Meet “Boss Queen Fairy”, “Have a Chill-Out Room” etc. I have spoken at our Volunteer Conferences, to staff, am MC/Speaker at Galas or Corporate Events, at the Global Conference in Disneyland USA and at Wish Workshops where 40-600 Corporate Partner Staff get to see (from the inside)... the extraordinary POWER OF A WISH! We even get to make the IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE sometimes... see Quinn’s Wish to Fly with a Unicorn”.

Refugee Wish Teenager Surjen wished to meet the Prime Minister to thank him for bringing his family to Australia…and for his medical treatment. The then PM (Tony Abbott) came to Surjen’s home.

It is a highlight of my year... to be a “FLINT”, helping to ignite the spirits of Young Leaders.
Since 2014 Burn Bright has partnered with 350+ schools to enable 105,000 young people reach their potential.
DRAGONS ABREAST AUSTRALIA: NATIONAL AMBASSADOR – 10 YEARS
I discovered this amazing group... all recovering from Breast Cancer, when speaking at their Conference Dinner. I revealed that I too was in recovery! I now get to share about their amazingly vibrant culture and their focus on CONNECT MOVE LIVE. I am the Honorary Member of the team called “Nipples on Ripples!”
INCLUSEE: NATIONAL AMBASSADOR - 3 YEARS.
This remarkable organisation booked me to do a Virtual presentation during COVID! They connect older and first nations people across Australia in engaging, interest-centred programs via supported Virtual Communities. I was so impressed I wanted to contribute and share their Mission... as their Ambassador.
WOMENS RESILIENCE CENTRE – 1 YEAR
My dear friend Simone Allan is the Founder of this invaluable resource HUB for women exposed to domestic violence... so they can RESET and REBUILD their lives.
This financial year WRC has supported women and families across 170+ communities throughout Australia via comprehensive, trauma-informed recovery programs, one-on-one client care management, and peer-to-peer mentoring... all accessible to any woman, anywhere in Australia, completely free.
