I speak to anyone who’s breathing in venues far and wide.

At a Franchisee Conference in the Grand Ballroom at Hong Kong’s Disneyland...to the Quambatook “Soup and Sandwich Night” for drought affected Farmers. I’ve spoken to Financial Planners at beautiful Freycinet Lodge in Tassie, who dined under the She-Oaks at then lay on the granite rocks at Honeynoon Bay to watch the stars! I’ve alsowatched the N QLD stars from stage at the Croydon Rodeo Ground with some of the 215 locals.

From 5,500 Educators at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre ... to 12 Directors in a Sydney Boardroom... not to forget 3 stunned blokes at the bar of the Emmaville Pub (when the local Mayor asked me to repeat my Australia Day Ambassador’s address one year!)

These people come from every sector, all age groups from 5 years to 103 years of age, all demographics, nationalities, at celebrations for outstanding results...and at restorative events for people facing heart-breaking, achingly tough circumstances!

It’s been a gift to be with so many people, to connect, to share, to grow or heal... and deepen our appreciation of life.

Where did I gather my skills to be a speaker?

I was blessed with 9 years of a wonderful rural/remote childhood. Growing up in Tasmania and in Outback QLD with a Stockman Father and Mum as Shearers Cook (and my Teacher), gave me enormous FREEDOM to BE! No frills, wireless broadcasts, correspondence schooling, imaginative play... were the norm. My Values, Principles, Character (especially around resilience) were grounded in those formative years.
Inspired by my Mum, I graduated as a Teacher and still speak in schools all around Australasia. (One girls’ school in Canberra booked me 14 years in a row, for their year 11 Camp!) I’m committed to getting the OUTCOMES my clients want from their BRIEF... and I will always be passionate about all people reaching their full potential.
This is why I consistently score “Excellent” and “Exceeded Expectations” in evaluations, because I’m trained to open peoples’ minds to new possibilities. Once people can see their opinions, attitudes and behaviours... they can create the ACTION and OUTCOMES that make a difference in their Professional and Personal lives.
I’ve never stopped Teaching...my classrooms just look different.
My “WIRELESS” love-affair with “THE WORD” began in the outback. I experienced it’s power to entertain, inform, make us laugh, imagine etc... so as a Voice-Over Artist for 50+ years, I have a particularly unique understanding of “The Power of the Word”. I have sold millions of dollars’ worth of products in iconic 30 second commercials.
If I can do that in 30 seconds... I can often “sell people back to themselves”, with a 30 second story! It happens in every talk.
My voice has informed people in documentaries and entertained Australians for over 30 years in the political satire “How Green Was My Cactus” (heard on 100 radio stations). I may have even baby-sat YOU, if you watched Cartoons in the 1990s.
As a discerning and empowering Story-Teller, I have the ability to GET people to access A NEW POINT OF VIEW with everything that matters... quickly, effectively and authentically. People can then start to LIVE the new INSIGHTS!
I’ve been a Professional Entertainer since I was 17 (in bands, theatre, national TV)... so my vast experience with diverse audiences and stagecraft, enables me to engage my audiences immediately.
My “Tailored” highly entertaining, thought provoking and inspiring presentations have people laugh, cry, learn, think, feel, grow, choose...and take ACTION in their lives.
